Our manifold for the 2JZ GTE is handcrafted in-house from high-strength 1.4541 V4A steel . The runners have a wall thickness of 2.6 mm .


  •  Space for dash nozzle on valve cover
  •  Space for individual inclination of the compressor housing
  •  Clearance for 3.5" downpipe
  •  Silicone elbow at the compressor outlet up to charger sizes GT / GTX35, G35, S200SX possible (welding an aluminum elbow is still recommended for thermal reasons)
  •  For loader size GT / GTX40, G40, S300SX, welding of an aluminum arch is necessary

Due to the shock charging principle of our 2JZ GTE manifold   Compared to conventional turbocharging, a significant increase in turbine efficiency is achieved because the turbo is not driven by exhaust pressure, but by individual exhaust pulses routed to the charger inlet. The result is improved spool-up , significantly higher charger efficiency , earlier response , maximum peak power , and a broader torque band . Furthermore, exhaust backpressure is reduced, leading to lower exhaust temperature , greater scavenging , and better fresh gas filling .


The twin-scroll principle with split ports further increases efficiency across the entire engine speed range and ensures significantly more responsive throttle response . Here, the cylinders are selected according to the firing order so that the twin-scroll ports are activated alternately . This further reduces the influence of the individual exhaust pulses .


Our collectors are also handcrafted. We place great emphasis on the sharpest possible angle of attack to ensure optimal airflow to the exhaust housing and selective activation by the exhaust pulses.


In addition, we always try to achieve the best possible pipe length compensation in terms of installation space and charger position in order to guarantee the maximum efficiency of the manifold.


Our flanges are made of a steel alloy that has reduced thermal expansion and is also less susceptible to warping.
