Our OEM position turbo manifolds are hand-made in-house from high-strength 1.4541 V4A . The runners have a wall thickness of 2.6 mm.

By simply replacing the standard manifold, they offer all the advantages of surge charging technology and thus ensure noticeable increased performance , especially at the limit.

The position of the turbo and the original flange pattern remain the same, meaning that no changes need to be made to the periphery. Charge air piping, downpipe and the supply of media (oil, water) to the turbo can be retained.

The pulse charging principle achieves a significant increase in turbine efficiency compared to conventional turbocharging, as the turbo is not driven by the exhaust pressure, but by individual exhaust pulses that are fed to the charger inlet. The result is improved spool-up , significantly higher charger efficiency , earlier response , maximum peak power and a wider torque band . In addition, exhaust back pressure is reduced, which leads to a lower exhaust temperature , higher scavenging effect and better fresh gas filling .

Our collectors are also handmade. We attach great importance to the angle of attack being as sharp as possible in order to ensure optimal flow to the exhaust housing and selective activation by the exhaust gas pulses.

In addition, we always try to achieve the best possible pipe length compensation in terms of installation space and charger position in order to guarantee the maximum efficiency of the manifold.

Our flanges are made of a steel alloy that has reduced thermal expansion and is also less susceptible to distortion.

    Unglaublich

    Ich kann den Krümmer nur empfehlen. Verarbeitung und Gestaltung suchen ihresgleichen. Optik und Performance gehen hier wirklich Hand in Hand.

    Der Einbau war wie beschrieben, Plug-and-play und bedurfte keinerlei Nacharbeit.

    Was mich aber wirklich begeistert hat, ist der merkliche Unterschied zum Serien-Krümmer. Das Ansprechverhalten ist um Welten besser! Der Wagen ist spürbar agiler und laufruhiger geworden.

    Ich bin sehr zufrieden.
