4-point strut bar Mazda MX 5 NB

Our Mazda MX5 NB strut bar is handmade in-house entirely from aluminum .

 In order to be able to use the advantages of a 4-point strut bar in the MX 5 NB, we have developed a stainless steel carrier plate that generates the two rear mounting points.

 This must be mounted on the splash guard and is of course included in the scope of delivery.

 The one-piece construction and the attachment to the body at 4 points means that forces are absorbed and distributed in several directions. A level of rigidity is achieved that is clearly noticeable even in direct comparison to other strut braces.

 The honeycomb gusset plate with its unique appearance prevents vertical torsion and contributes significantly to the strength of the strut.

 Due to this special design of our Mazda MX5 NB strut bar, an extremely high level of strength and, in addition, a low weight of just 3200 grams can be achieved.

 Additionally, you have the option of having us powder coat your strut in one of our colors .

 All of our strut braces are completely registration-free , a report / ABE is not required.

 *BKV support:

 Optionally, there is the possibility of a brake booster support (BKV support) , which is welded firmly to the strut.

 The brake master cylinder support holds the master cylinder firmly in position, no matter how much pressure is applied to the brake pedal.

 The problem that the brake booster migrates forward under strong pressure through the soft splash guard to which it is attached is completely eliminated by the brake booster support.

 This means you always get an exact and consistent pressure point , no matter how hard you press the brake pedal.

 *Silicone intake pipe:

 The MX-5 NB has different intake pipes.
Some of them have to be replaced, modified or exchanged when installing our strut brace.

 If you don't feel like dealing with this issue, getting a different intake pipe or modifying your intake pipe, we offer a solution that you can order directly with your strut.
