Our "RB25/26 - top mount - twinscroll - external WG - R32 with air conditioning" manifold enables a single turbo setup in combination with the air conditioning of the R32. Since the R32 air conditioning compressor is significantly less well constructed than that of the R33/34, we have designed this manifold specifically for this combination.

Our turbo manifolds are hand-made in-house from high-strength 1.4541 V4A . The runners have a wall thickness of 2.6 mm .

The pulse charging principle achieves a significant increase in turbine efficiency compared to conventional turbocharging, as the turbo is not driven by the exhaust pressure, but by individual exhaust pulses that are fed to the charger inlet. The result is improved spool-up , significantly higher charger efficiency , earlier response , maximum peak power and a wider torque band . In addition, exhaust back pressure is reduced, which leads to a lower exhaust temperature , higher scavenging effect and better fresh gas filling .

The twin-scroll principle with split ports further increases efficiency across the entire speed range and ensures significantly earlier response . Here, the cylinders are selected according to the ignition order so that the twin-scroll ports are activated alternately . This further reduces the influence of the individual exhaust gas pulses .

Our collectors are also handmade. We attach great importance to the angle of attack being as sharp as possible in order to ensure optimal flow to the exhaust housing and selective activation by the exhaust gas pulses.

In addition, we always try to achieve the best possible pipe length compensation in terms of installation space and charger position in order to guarantee the maximum efficiency of the manifold.

Our flanges are made of a steel alloy that has reduced thermal expansion and is also less susceptible to distortion.
